JOE IS DYING

blame nandya for getting me into reading indo news. kok negara kita agak ajaib ya... while im out of the nation i loved, i have a chance to really look into these things. starts opening wikipedia when indo's technical terms start to go over my league. will keep on bird eyeing indo for now, i have yet to form my opinion about SBY. nothing really bad or impressive ever happened. so, will see if this president of ours is just barely getting through the presidency or excelling at it. one thing i know, a heck lot of people are dissing him. i bet they don't even know what they're talking about. joe

My dad will be visiting seattle for a week. im excited. but kind of regretting my choice of not taking the Flash class that was open for wednesdays and fridays, just because i want to spend time with my dad on that friday. i wouldn't have a whole day off on friday if i take that class. but thinking that i wouldn't be able to handle flash on 3rd year is pathetic. UGH! Will try to get into that class... hoping that the register still want to help me get into it. eks. eEKs!!

happy new year. it's the second week of 2010. how's everything going? school hasn't start yet, but i HAVE to be EXCITED for this new coming semester. Motion Graphics, make a fascination out of me! since winter aren't harsh at all, i have a great time not sleeping at home, but my friends' place. it makes me wonder why i pay for my room if i don't stay there.

saya ngak pernah suka cowok dan akhirnya persue any of them i figured, they are not the one and they should never be selama ini, saya sadar kalau pilihan saya ini benar masalahnya, gimana kalau cowo yg selama ini udah saya tunggu, yg uda claim spot di hati saya sebelum saya sadar, akhirnya saya kikis keluar dari pikiran saya dan menjadi salah satu dari kelompok besar cowok2 yg terlupakan tapi saya juga ngak mau coba2 celana dalem sebelum beli. saya mau langsung ambil celana dalem, rasain bahannya, check ukurannya di pinggang untuk 5 detik, dan langsung beli.

Saya baru mengajarkan arti kata "cinta" dan "suka" ke satu teman vietnam sesaat dalam perjalanan keliling Leavenworth. Dengar dari teman-teman indo, ternyata ada satu arti dari kata "cinta" yang saya ngak pernah sadari sebelumnya. see, here in the states we can say: "i love this cake!" but in indonesia, it'll be awkward: "aku cinta kueh ini!" but we use the word "suka" which is equivalent to "like" and use an auxiliary word to make it more extreme: "aku suka banget kueh ini!" lucu ya, ternyata orang indonesia cuma menggunakan kata "cinta" untuk mengungkapkan emosi mereka, dan bukan sebagai expressi. i like that. great job bahasa :)

so what's in a man that women search for? what makes them worthy of her hand that she would put her heart into loving him, and her mind into respecting him now what's in time that women run back, towards vanity, the reminiscent of the youthful charm that they once own what's in time that men work, with pain to reach a goal which will only get higher as they reach the one before what's in time that we can't wait, or think that we might not get what we're looking for if we just wait i've had enough of imagining what could be and what couldn't be. i'll just wait.

tomorrow is the retreat! though today i didn't get to do anything much, im still waiting for tomorrow (or rather, later today). YAY! YAY GOD YAY! ps: i found my bus pass. isn't god just fantastically amazing. thanks Daddy-o, for the laughs. i adore you :) i feel loved. can't wait father.

im not looking forward to the 5 days holidays, cuz i know i won't get my school works done. but i am looking forward to the retreat. god help me.

gue ngak suka poster gua. walaupun emang beda dari yg lain, gue suka kerjaan anak2 lain. yg bener2 simple tapi colorful. i like colors... hikx... hrs gmn supaya kesannya, poster gue bukan cuma gambar di kertas yg di scan. hmmm... i wonder. we'll find out.
