skinage: spring inspired

it's so sunny outside today. but im dog tired. i slept on most of my bus rides for weeks now, i almost fainted on my way to school today. but im good now. still a little dizzy and a little tired (or way too tired to even feel it). i just finished most of my CD cover images, Misha is compiling everything. i hope he's doing okay.

i have a zine to finish by tonight. so excuse me while i give you today's shot of skinage. (better put my skin doodling for a good cause, right? -- um, like blogging? pffttt)

    it's a milipen. it works better than a marker cause it stays longer and it's fine tipped, so i get to really explore with lines and all.

    but it feels warm on my skin and im kinda afraid that it'll do something to the skin. markers don't do that. haha

Awal tahun kemarin aku jatuh hati dengan seseorang dan hari ini aku mempertanyakan apakah lebih baik berteman aja dengan pria ini. Lucu ya, betapa cepatnya hati ini bisa berubah. Di satu sisi aku lega logika ku sudah kembali mencuat, naik ke permukaan laut endorfin yang perlahan surut. Realitasnya, pasang yang surut menunjukkan kotornya pantai hatiku. Banyak sisa-sisa sampah dari masa lalu; ngerasa nggak layak dapet perhatian, takut ditinggal, takut ditolak, takut disakiti. Hal-hal yang ku kira sudah ku buang jauh-jauh. Ternyata membuang ide dari pikiran dengan menghancurkan ide itu berbeda. Selama 2 minggu aku bersihin sampah-sampah ini. Aku ganti ketakutan ku dengan kata-kata Tuhan yang menyatakan aku berharga di matanya, mulia bahkan (yesaya 43:4). Aku terima kata-kataNya yang bilang "Aku mengasihi engkau dengan kasih yang kekal" kalau di bahasa inggrisnya "I have loved you with an everlasting love".
